I've set myself a few goals, and one of them is regular exercise, at least 30 min, at least 5 days a week. It can be anything from going for a walk/jog/ride somewhere (or nowhere and back again) or swimming, or whatever. But why oh why did it have to be so damn hot on the day I picked to start? Going for a jog in 35 degree heat is just fucked. I'm wrecked, but at the same time feel good for having done it.
